Recommendation Algorithm Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and optimize recommendation algorithms to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the recommendation system.
2. Gain deep insight into user behavior and needs, build user profiles, and deliver personalized recommendations.
3. Explore and apply the latest recommendation algorithm technologies to improve recommendation quality.
4. Track and analyze recommendation system performance, and continuously optimize system effectiveness.
5. Collaborate with the product team to apply recommendation algorithms to real products.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with a solid foundation in mathematics and statistics.
2. Familiar with common recommendation algorithms, such as collaborative filtering and content-based recommendation.
3. Proficient in at least one deep learning framework, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
4. Strong programming skills, with proficiency in Python or Java.
5. Strong interest in recommendation systems, with some hands-on experience.
