LLM Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain the company's large language models, including model training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
2. Research and apply the latest natural language processing techniques to improve model performance and effectiveness.
3. Collaborate with the product team to apply models to real products and address user needs.
4. Track and analyze model performance, and continuously optimize model results.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with a solid foundation in computer science.
2. Familiar with the fundamentals of natural language processing and mainstream models such as Transformer and BERT.
3. Proficient in at least one deep learning framework, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
4. Strong programming skills, with proficiency in Python or C++.
5. Strong interest in large language models, with some hands-on experience.
