About the Award
Zhidong, built by the Zhidong Product Project Team at Hangzhou Dianzi University, won the Gold Award in the Higher-Education Group of the 2nd Legion Cup OPENAIGC Developer Competition - Create the Future AI Application Contest.
The competition brought together developers and teams building real-world AI applications, and evaluated how well large-model products perform in actual use cases. Zhidong entered with its LLM-powered smart question bank, stood out among the university-group entries, and the official competition site and industry media all record the winning team under the name "Zhidong Product Project Team".
Team Background
The award was won by the Zhidong Product Project Team at Hangzhou Dianzi University. On August 24, 2026, this team formally established Hangzhou Qixiao Technology Co., Ltd. (Kiraify Tech), which has continued to develop and operate Zhidong ever since — the same team and the same product, carried from a university project into a service for real learners.
